waltdisneyconfessions:
“I don’t like the fact that Wreck-It Ralph is getting a sequel. Walt didn’t believe in sequels. Plus, I think it will take away from the original’s greatness. Why can’t they just make a short, like they did for Tangled?”
since when is wreck-it-ralph getting a sequel??? this is news to me
waltdisneyconfessions:
“I was hesitant to watch Tangled at first, but the part where Flynn cuts off her hair always inspires me. Just like Rapunzel losing her hair is symbolic of her becoming free of Mother Gothel, so is me losing my hair symbolic of being freed from my cancer.”
oh my god, whoever you are: i had the EXACT REACTION to that part in the movie. i was going through chemo when i saw tangled so i was bald as hell and i thought it was so ironic that rapunzel had magical hair and i didn’t have any and blah blah blah, anyway - i know how you feel so HANG IN THERE <3
thedisneydifference:
I’m still missing Ariel and Snow White!
The Pocahontas ornament is my favorite!!! She’s not a puffy skirt kind of girl anyway.
i’m making it my mission to buy all of these before christmas :D i already have pocahontas (duh) but i neeeed all of them
tardiseverlark:
I noticed uncanny structural similarity between the kingdom in Tangled and the Walt Disney Pictures logo that appears at the start of the film. Intentional, perhaps? Well, I decided to make a cross-section of the two—hope you enjoy! :)
